At India Rare, we strive to offer you a seamless, secure, and transparent payment experience. Please read our payment policy carefully before placing your order.
- Advance Payment Requirement
All payments for purchases made on India Rare must be made in full and in advance.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for any product category. Orders will only be processed after successful receipt of payment.
This policy ensures efficient processing, better inventory management, and timely dispatch of your order.

We accept a variety of secure and widely-used payment options, including:
- Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
- Debit Cards – All major Indian banks
- Net Banking – Supported for most Indian banks
- UPI – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
- Wallet Payments – Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, etc.

India Rare never stores your card or payment information.
- Currency
All prices and payments on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
For international buyers, please contact our support team before placing an order at team@indiarare.com.
- Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email with order details and payment reference
- A follow-up email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking link
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
- Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions
In case of a failed payment, please check with your bank or payment service provider. If the amount was deducted but the order was not confirmed:
- The deducted amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
- If the issue persists, you can reach us at team@indiarare.com with your payment details (transaction ID, date, screenshot if possible).
- Refunds and Processing Time
If your order is eligible for a refund due to cancellation, unavailability, or return as per our Return Policy, the following applies:
- Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment.
- Please allow 4–5 business working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Note: Refunds for prepaid orders that include shipping charges (where applicable) will exclude the shipping fee unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Partial Payments or Multiple Transactions
Each order must be paid in full. We do not support split payments or part payments for a single order.
In case of technical errors resulting in duplicate or excess charges, we will initiate a refund after verifying the transaction.
- Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error in billing or an unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
